Digital Delivery Information
At Flyway Invitation, we specialize in digital invitations for your special events. Here’s everything you need to know

Order Confirmation
Order confirmation will occur only after 100% of the payment is received. Orders will be confirmed on the same day if the payment is made during working business hours 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). Any payments made outside these hours will be processed and confirmed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time
Standard processing time : 1 & 2 business days after receiving all necessary details.

Delivery Time
Your completed invitation will be delivered within 7 & 10 business days (1 week) after processing. A preview will be sent for approval before final delivery.
Urgent : 48 business hours*. (we charge extra for urgent orders)

Design Changes (Theme Changes)
Please select your desired design carefully before placing your order. Once the order is placed, changes to the theme will not be allowed.

Revisions & Edits
We offer 3 time free revisions. Additional revisions may incur a free.

Delivery Method
Invitations are delivered in digital format only via WhatsApp based. No physical shipments are involved. Only we make digital Invitation.

Refunds and Cancellations
All payments are final and non-refundable.

Order Follow-Up Communication
After order confirmation, please avoid making too many calls and prefer WhatsApp messages for further order update.
