Which languages do you support for digital invitations?
We currently design digital invitations in English and Gujarati.
However, if you need another language, feel free to ask we may be able to help!
What do I need to place a custom digital invitation order?
To place an order, just follow these steps:
Visit our Invitation Shop and choose your design.
Share your event details names, date, venue and function list.
Make the payment to confirm your booking.
Once that’s done, we’ll begin your custom design.
How do I send event details for my digital invitation?

Delivery & Timelines : E-Invite FAQs
Can I get my digital invitation delivered urgently?
Yes, we offer urgent delivery.
Let us know your deadline and we’ll confirm if we can accommodate it.
Please note: extra charges apply for express service.
How long does it take to deliver a digital invitation?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days.
However, complex customizations may take longer up to 6–7 working days.
We’ll always inform you in advance.
Payment Terms : Digital Invitation Orders
Is full payment required for digital invitation orders?
Yes, we begin work only after receiving 100% advance payment.
This ensures we can schedule and prioritize your design without delays.
Are refunds available after confirming a digital invitation order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
Since design work begins right after confirmation, we can’t reverse the process.
Changes & Revisions : What’s Included
Will I see a preview of my digital invitation before final delivery?
Absolutely. We send a preview for you to review and approve.
This gives you a chance to check details and request edits before finalization.
How many edits are included in my digital invitation package?
We include up to 3 free revisions in every digital invitation order.
After that, extra edits are chargeable.
This helps us maintain quality and timeline for every client.
